So ive cracked the whole blogging from my iphone biz so ill prob start doing better;)…but for now this is one of my fam’s FAVORITE DINNERS and we all know if I can make it ANYONE CAN!

3c chopped cooked chicken
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chix soup, undiluted
1 8oz carton sour cream
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
1.5c or 40 ritz crackers crushed
1/4 butter or margarine

1. combine chicken, soup, sour cream and poppy seeds
2. spoon into lightly greased 11x17x1.5 inch baking dish
3 combine crushed crackers and melted butter
4. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes

  2. We love this! We just call it poppyseed chicken… :) Perfect to freeze as well, just leave off the topping until you are ready to bake it. I sometimes do a huge batch and divide and freeze…then always have something that thaws quickly to have for dinner or to take to a friend in need!

  3. Funny, I do this same recipe except I add 4-6 oz of cream cheese, melted. It is so creamy! I should probably go healthier and do it your way… but who are we kidding!
