Shipping

All orders will ship within 10-14 BUSINESS DAYS (meaning Monday-Friday..please understand we do NOT count weekends or holidays).

Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with your tracking #.

Our site shipping is based on weight...you will have the option to choose the carrier of your choice
(USPS or UPS).

International Orders

YES...we do ship international to WHEREVER!!! HOWEVER, we are NOT responsible for any delays in customs...international orders will ship from our warehouse within 10-14 BUSINESS DAYS.

US Orders

All orders are shipped via the carrier of your choice and are based on the weight of your purchases...we ship via both USPS and UPS.

Customs/Duties

orders shipped outside North America may have additional charges for customs/duties.  These charges are determined by the shipping company, NOT by EMTanner Designs.

Rush Orders

Due to the custom nature of many of our products we CANNOT guarentee rush orders...HOWEVER, you are more than welcome to let us know a date you would llike to have your order by and we will do all we can to meet your needs..but again please understand WE DO NOT GUARENTEE.

Return/Exchange Information

Non-personalized items may be returned for exchange ONLY...we CANNOT accept returns or exchanges on personalized items unless a valid mistake was made on our end or if the item clearly has a manufacturing defect.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges must be made within 14 days to exchange non-personalized items. (14 business days from the day item is received by customer) and MUST be in original, unworn, unwashed or unused condition.

Return Policy Procedures

1. Include a full description of the reason for return, original order number, and any information that our customer service rep has discussed with you to include.  We must have all info to process your return or exchange.

2. Ship item back via USPS or UPS...shipping MUST be prepaid by customer...if we were at fault we will reimburse the shipping cost once we receive the item back...NOTE: on all exchanges that are NOT due to our mistake the customer will be responsible for ALL shipping costs to and from.

3. ALL returns MUST be made within 14 BUSINESS DAYS of receipt of delivery...

4. Any exchanges due to defects MUST BE MADE WITHIN 90 DAYS OF PURCHASE!

5. We absolutely CANNOT redo or discount items due to customer error during ordering so PLEASE PLEASE check all order confirmations for accuracy!

Cancelling an Order

Due to the custom nature of our products and our manufacturing process...orders may be CANCELLED or CHANGED ONLY WITHIN 24 HOURS of placing the order...after that we simply cannot cancel or alter the orders in any way because they have begun processing.

Price Adjustments

We cannot offer price adjustments after the orders are placed...you MUST enter coupon code at the time order is placed to receive the discount..we cannot process the discount after the fact.

Sale Items

All sale items are FINAL SALES! This of course does NOT include coupons via coupon codes and any other promotional discounts on regular priced items.

Privacy/Security

EMTanner Designs will keep your information CONFIDENTIAL!!! We will NOT use your information publicly or for any other reason than internal use to fill your orders. You will receive confirmation and order tracking emails and if you choose to receive our newsletter (which you must register for) you will receive the newsletter...BUT you may unsubscribe at any time. We will NOT share your personal information with any other organizations and your information will be kept private at all times! WE PROMISE=)!
