REMEMBER: this is for Carla=) bc we love her and no one reads the policy page (i wouldn't either) BUT bc we literally spend time on each and every product making the colors and design just right for you, our TURNAROUND TIME is 10-14 BUSINESS days...don't think it is very clear on the policy page bc it is kind of "hidden" so hopefully this will save carla (the customer service fairy) a little stress! AND if you choose expedited shipping (ie overnight) your product will be overnighted after completing the 10-14 day turnaround ...yes, lots of times things go out much faster but we have to allow this time as we do not stock like 10,000 "jackson plates" ..each one is custom designed/made/or ordered just for YOUR JACKSON..make sense?--same goes for the shirts..we keep LOTS in stock but due to the custom nature and zillions of options we cannot possibly always have it all.ok, just wanted to clear that up here on the home page for now!
